Cancel whenever you like, from the account screen, in one click. No phone call, no notice period, no cancellation fee.

1Try it before you pay
The 14-day trial does not require a card. You can evaluate the product on your own drawings without giving us payment details at all, and if it does not suit you, you do nothing and it ends.
If you do add a card during the trial, we show you the exact date and the exact amount of the first charge before you confirm — and we email you again three days before it is taken. Nobody is charged by surprise at the end of a trial they forgot about.
2Cancelling
How
Account screen, cancel. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens next
You keep full access until the period you have paid for ends. You are not cut off the moment you cancel — you paid for that month and you get it.
Nothing further is charged. Your workspace and all your data stay exactly where they are; cancelling a subscription does not delete anything.
Changed your mind before the period ends? Resume from the same screen and nothing is interrupted.
3Refunds
The general rule
Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the remainder of a period after it has started. You keep access for the whole period instead, which is the same value delivered a different way.
This is why the trial requires no card: the point at which you decide is before you pay, not after.
When we do refund
We refund, without argument, when:
- We charged you in error — a double charge, a charge after a cancellation, the wrong plan. Tell us and we put it right.
- The service was materially unavailable for a sustained period in the month you are paying for.
- You were charged after a trial you did not intend to convert, and you tell us within 14 days of the charge. We would rather refund it than keep money from somebody who did not mean to spend it.
Beyond those, write to us anyway. If something has clearly gone wrong we would rather fix it than hide behind a policy.
How a refund arrives
Back to the card that paid, through Stripe. Their processing usually takes 5–10 working days to show on a statement, which is their timing and not ours.
4Failed payments
If a renewal fails — an expired card is the usual reason — we email you and Stripe retries over the following days. Your access continues while that is happening. We do not cut off a paying customer over a card that expired last week.
If it still has not gone through after the retries, the subscription lapses and the workspace drops to read-only. Your data is not deleted. Update the card and everything resumes.
5Changing plan
Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the account screen. An upgrade is prorated by Stripe for the remainder of the period; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Usage carries across the change rather than resetting. If you have read 95 of 100 drawings this period and upgrade to a 500-drawing plan, you get 400 more this period, not 500 — and we show you that number before you confirm, because discovering it afterwards feels like being short-changed.
6Your data when you leave
Take it with you. Any workspace owner can export everything from the account screen: every file you uploaded, every proposal generated, and the figures as CSV — projects, drawings, counts, bills of quantities and priced lines, all readable in Excel without TrueQty.
Do the export before you delete the workspace. It stays available through the whole 30-day window, but it is easier to remember now.
Deleting a workspace schedules destruction 30 days out. During that window it is read-only, still exportable, and restorable by you in one click. After it, everything — database rows and stored files — is destroyed and nobody can recover it, including us.
That is the whole lifecycle, and it is described in full in the privacy policy.
7If we end your account
If we suspend or close an account under clause 9 of the terms, you still get your data. We give you a reasonable window to export it, and we refund any unused prepaid period unless the closure was for serious deliberate misuse.
We do not hold a customer’s drawings hostage over a billing dispute.
