What’s a sheet?
A sheet is a page that runs through the take-off. A 100-page tender PDF is 100 sheets.
Upload the same version of a sheet again and it isn’t counted twice. A new revision is a new sheet.
Continue at your plan’s per-sheet rate, up to a monthly overage cap, so one huge tender can’t become a surprise bill. Unused sheets don’t roll over.

We’ll agree users, volume and support with you. What we won’t do is sell “unlimited”: a number nobody can price is a number nobody can trust.

Do we pay per user?
No. You pay per company. Each plan includes a number of users: 5, 10 or 25. Add an estimator and the price doesn't move until you outgrow the plan.
What counts as a sheet?
One page or sheet that runs through the take-off. A 100-page PDF is 100 sheets. The same version uploaded again is not charged twice. A new revision is a new sheet.
What happens when we hit the allowance?
The app stops and asks. You can continue at your plan's per-sheet rate (AED 5, 4 or 3), up to a monthly overage cap, or move up a plan.
Do unused sheets roll over?
No. Sheets and overage reset every month.
What happens when launch pricing ends?
New customers move toward the standard price. If you joined at launch pricing, you keep your rate.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are in AED and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
How does annual billing work?
Annual is ten months' launch price for twelve months of use: two months free.
What's in the trial?
14 days, no card. 1 user, 1 project, plus the sample, 30 processed sheets, every feature switched on.
